How do I get off of the Lost list and onto the Found list?

Oops, looks like you missed a step!  After registration, the next screen should have supplied you with a drop down list to find your name in.  If you skipped this, or didn't see it, you can still access the step.  Follow these steps:

1. Log into the website
2. Select My Account from the top left navigation
3. Select the Edit tab
4. Choose the To Move From Lost to Found tab
5. Select the link on this page and choose your name from the drop down list.
6. Select Save

 What if my name was not in the drop down list of lost classmates during registration?

 How do I add a profile picture?

To update your profile picture, follow these steps:

1. Log into the website
2. Select My Account from the top left navigation
3. Select the Edit tab
4. In the Picture section, select the Browse button
5. Locate your image and select Open
6. Select Save

How do I update my Personal Information?

To update your Personal Information, follow these steps:

1. Log into the website
2. Select My Account from the top left navigation
3. Select the Edit tab
4. Choose the Personal Information sub-tab
5. Update your information and select Save

 I've registered, but I can't access parts of the website!

• You may not have become an authenticated user.  In order to be authenticated, you must click the link in the email that is automatically sent to you after registration.  If you cannot find this email, please email webmaster@factspot.com and we will resend the email to you.
